Meet Dana, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition. Dana holds a Master of Dietetics degree from The University of Queensland, a testament to her dedication to her profession. Since her graduation in 2019, Dana has worked extensively in both private practice and NDIS settings, developing expertise in a wide range of healthcare domains. 

Her areas of specialization include weight management, chronic disease management, sensory food management for individuals with ASD/ADHD, and addressing food allergies and intolerances. Dana’s passion for gut health is evident in her active pursuit of further education, especially in the realm of gastrointestinal disorders such as reflux, IBS, and food chemical sensitivities. 

What sets Dana apart is her personalized approach to nutrition. She tailors dietary plans to meet her patients’ unique needs, helping them achieve their goals in a sustainable and enjoyable manner. Her philosophy revolves around promoting healthy lifestyles by advocating for balance and the pleasure of making nutritious dietary choices. 

Outside of her professional life, Dana embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and running. She’s a fan of local markets and loves exploring a variety of culinary cuisines in her home kitchen. This passion for food and health transcends into her work, where she helps her clients make informed choices for a healthier and happier life.
